Most frequent questions and answers

For permanent appointments the fee is based on an agreed % of the annual starting salary. For temporary placements it is calculated as a % of the hourly/daily cost that is agreed upon. These will be explained further by our recruitment consultant in relation to the implications of Agency Worker Regulations (AWR). Also, No placement = No fee.

With regards to job seekers, there is no charge whenever our services are used.

It depends on the number of applications we receive with regards to the job advertised and the time it takes to filter through the CV’s. But we try as much as possible to reach out to candidates who are the right fit for the job advertised as soon as possible.

We try to find out your right to work in the UK status if our client is not willing to sponsor for a work permit. We also try to check that your qualifications and certifications stated on your CV are valid.

Our agency representing you will oversee the payment process.
